A company can increase the authorized capital as per their requirement , The initial authorised capital of the Company is mentioned in the Memorandum of Association of the Company which can be increased at any time. If there is no such provision then the company has to take steps for alteration of its Articles of Association in accordance with the provision of Section 14 of the Companies Act, 2013, so as to insert the clause enabling increase in the Authorised share capital of the company. The authorised capital can be increased by the company at anytime with shareholders approval and by paying additional fee to the Registrar of Companies.
